But it does take some work.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Many companies struggle with the motivation aspect. They aren\u2019t sure how to suddenly get their employees sharing, creating, and commenting on content. Explain what is expected of them, and show them how to do it in a simple way they can understand, with concrete examples.
